As of 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) became applicable, establishing the rules on the protection, processing and free movement of personal data of natural persons, applying directly to all entities that process such data.

Purpose of Data Processing:

The purpose of processing personal data is to maintain a database of customers who have a commercial relationship with our company or whose commercial activity may benefit from our products and/or services.

Right to Rectification:

The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them.

Right to Erasure of Data:

The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of their personal data without undue delay, and the controller has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay when one of the reasons set out in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 applies, namely, when the data subject withdraws the consent on which the data processing is based and there is no other legal basis for such processing.
